Appointments

Please arrive on time for your treatment. Late arrivals will result in shortening of treatment time and treatment will be

charged at full price. 

Cancellations 

A booking fee is required at the time of booking your appointment whether online or in clinic to secure your appointment

slot.

Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or ammend your appointment. Failure to do so will result in 50% of treatment price

being charged. If cancelling on the day of your appointment or not showing up, will result in 100% of the treatment price

being charged.

Courses 

All courses must be paid in full at the time of booking and completed within the specified time for each differrent treatment

type.

Missed appointments or giving less than 24 hour notice will result in your course treatment/s being deducted.
